Wobble at 70mph (under load)

this is a bit of a strange one.

when at around 70mph there is a wobble felt through the steering wheel, this is only if the car is on the flat or going up hill.

If there is a downhill or coasting then there is no wobble.

dose happen below 65, but frequncey is higher the faster you go above 70.

dose any one have any ideas.

tyres are al balanced

I was thinking it maybe a C.V. joint or the LSD. but really hoping it wasn't as i sure they won't be easy to change.

Is there any noise associated with this? like a droning sound? if so it could be a shot damper.

It's trial and error with these issues, balancing, tracking and alignment checks are cheap'ish followed by more expensive changes

I had a rear damper that was a bit faulty +plus out of balance tyre made a lovly wear pattern onmy tyre ( every other tread block worn down to the canvas only on the inner quater though)

So i have replaced dampers all round with Gmax handles realy well now.

i haven't noticed any noise i have been listening for them but nothing.

i will have to try the spare on all round see if that cures it.
