Wot box settings Lcr

Hi Just fitted my wot box and was wondering what settings people have , I have set mine to 175ms wot and 3000rpm 2step launch is this ok or should I have some thing different ,

Got it second hand from for sale section mate google wot box comes strait up , gotta say it's all set up and the noise it makes is stupidly loud it shot a hugeeee flame out that lit the whole slip road up and I saw the flame in my rear view , then coming onto boost in second it wheel span and back fired again sounds like a fire work going off in the boot it's that loud ,

Well that's my plan bill will be getting a call to talk about prices altho means ring will be cancelled along with coilovers etc , may just need rods but can't tell ,I was on wot and it made a wuring noise dunno what it is tbh
