Rear wheel drive, its that simple. Its always easier to push a heavy weight, than try and drag it.

Obviously they are just better off the line, something SEAT need to work on, as the Leon does seem to bog down.

But the beemers do gain an advantage with the rear wheel drive, they tend to put the power down much faster.

The Honda integra's do get off quick, but they don't romp off like the beemers do in the WTCC

Agreed, although the WTCC races are on the GP circuit, and the Beemers should be able to stretch their legs. In the BTCC races, the best overtaking spot for the Leóns seemed to be getting on the inside at McLaren, which won't be there for the WTCC.
