The BMW owner's club will be there on south bank so it will be important to beat them at parking even if we get tonked on the track

Anyone heading to Southbank before 8am any chance you can stake out some spaces for the convoy to join you? SCN parking cones, banners, baseball bats and a bad attitude. Anything would do. perhaps those of us lucky enough to be there for Saturday too can formulate a cunning plan.

AFAIK 5 or 6 cars from the layby convoy but the more spaces we can bag the better as there's bound to be the odd later arrival. Hope we can clarify on Saturday whether the weekend passes for us lucky B's include infield parking on South bank or elsewhere.

Seeing as the weather forecast is appalling for Sunday, they may restrict us to the rallycross track above, to avoid cars getting stuck, or slithering down to the bottom of the slope........

Having checked m0rk's e-mail NO special parking for those of us on the complimentary weekend passes and no SCN parking for free as at BTCC so as discussed above it's £5 or £6 to try and get on Southbank space /weather/jobsowrth permitting. If not we'll just form a 'posse' in the main car park.
