Xs Power tubular manifold size or Frankenturbo

hi all has any body got the size of the Xs Power tubular manifold? as ive got a mk1 golf 20v and im wanting to upgrade to a ko4 hybrid running a Xs Power tubular manifold but dont know if it will have room in bay. so really would like to know how long it its is from head to where it ends?.

other opition i got is the Frankenturbo f23 hybrid kit.

I don't believe it's much deeper than a standard one. I have a mate running a gt28rs on a mk1 with no issues
