Hi my 2011 mk2 Leon has an problem with the boot lock. When I release the boot catch it makes a strange noise as if it’s trying to operate the boot lock- bit of a drilling noise. However when I close the the boot it just bounces. Any ideas on this. Or any guides to a diy fix would be appreciated. Thanks.

My next guide is tightening the Wingmirror bolts after removing the door speaker well I've heard it's possible anyway haha I don't fancy taking the door card off lol

Are your mirrors loose? LOL. I've just had to oil mine... they squeaked like a nest of chicks and everyone looked!

My passenger side makes a loose noise when closing the door I doubt it's the glass... It does move a smigin more than the drivers side
